Returning an item.

We do not offer returns or refunds on customised or personalised items (unless they have arrived damaged in transit) due to nature of these items. If they have arrived damage in transit we will need a photo of the broken item and packaging.

* If you wish to return a non personalised items, you MUST contact us prior to discuss reason of wanting to return.

*Any non personalised item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 working days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

* Once the item has been returned in the condition it was sent out a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only, p&p cost are not refundable.

*Once the product is refunded you will be notified by email.
